Physical Exercise and High-Calorie Diet on Kidney Histopathology

High calorie diet without proper balance of physical excersises is a major factor to many health issues such as obesity, fat accumulation and organs failure. Fat in kidney can lead up atherosclerosis cause problem the organ through its mechanism that causes fibrogenesis. The aim this research determine effect exercise high-calorie on histopathology. This study conducted with 27 Mus musculus were divided 3 groups (negative control, positive control experiment) each group got different treatment. Negative was given no D40 nor exersice, exersice experimental exercise. kidneys from these mice then microscopically tested see histopathological changes form inflammatory cell infiltration, hemorrhage, necrosis, glomerular adhesion, microscopic swelling. Data analyzed Kruskal-Wallis Test difference between test using help Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 25. 30 observed histologically HE stain. results showed value p < 0.05 swelling, infiltration. only had significant all inflamatory Physical an swelling infiltration evidenced by analysis test.
